Principal
We are seeking a dedicated educator to lead our tightknit group of educators as our pre-k through 12th grade principal. We are looking for a leader who believes in courage, accountability, grit, and excellence. This person must possess:
Integrity and exemplary moral character. Will maintain a climate of trust and respect.
A firm grasp of PK–12 curriculum and balance this with extra-curricular activities.
An excellent work ethic who understands this job is both demanding and rewarding.
A willingness to work long hours and deal with difficult situations in pursuit of excellence.
A working knowledge of educational law and how to apply it in the real world.
A commitment to growth and training, personally and schoolwide.
A common sense person who will maintain a well-run school.
A willingness to make a commitment to our school and community. Multi-year contracts available after initial year.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s Degree in related field from an accredited college or university.
Valid Texas Principal Certificate or ability to obtain one promptly.
Principal experience preferred. CDL and bilingual are pluses.
Must pass criminal background check and residency requirement.
TIMELINE: Dates may be extended if necessary.

Second Grade Self-Contained Teacher
We are seeking a team player to join our tightknit group of educators as the second grade teacher. This candidate will provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences for a second grade self-contained classroom. This includes helping students fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth, as well as enabling students to develop competencies and skills to function successfully in society. We offer exceptional support for our teachers in the areas of curriculum and training opportunities to make them successful.
Must hold proper state certification or be enrolled in an accredited alternative certification program. Must abide by state statutes, school board policies and regulations. Will attend meetings and perform duties as assigned by supervisor. Will maintain reasonable precautions to protect students, equipment, materials, and facilities. Must be willing to travel on field trips and other duties as needed.
